The first musical instrument to bear the Squier name was introduced in 1982 to meet the demands of Fender® authentic design at an affordable price. The Squier 40th Anniversary Collection celebrates 40 years of the entry-level brand. Fender special edition Telecaster®, Stratocaster®, Jazzmaster®, Precision Bass®, and Jazz Bass® all available in Gold Edition and Vintage Edition styles.The Squier® 40th Anniversary Telecaster®, Vintage Edition is a model with soul and furnished with classic features for the retro Squier enthusiast. An anodized maple neck with a vintage color and anniversary label engraved on the neck, and a satin finish throughout, this Tele® model honors the guitar’s heritage.
