Description

The Ibanez AW65 Artwood in Low Gloss is a traditional dreadnought acoustic guitar with a full-bodied tone and incredible volume and projection. It features a solid cedar top which gives a mellow and well-balanced tonality, supported by an X bracing pattern for a nuanced response and enhanced sustain. The body, sides and neck of the AW65 are crafted from warm-sounding mahogany which helps enhance the guitar’s resonance and sustain, while the satin finish allows the woods to “breathe” fully and gives a wonderfully smooth and tactile playing-feel. Ibanez Advantage bridge pins provide easier string changes, while the die-cast tuners ensure you’ll remain in tune throughout your performance or practice session. The dreadnought body shape gives a full-bodied tonality with incredible projection and a deep bass-response, ideal for all styles of playing but working particularly well for traditional strumming styles.
